| Description | Our clients in the Oman are seeking a calm, gentle, trained and experienced Nanny who can help them with their daughter who is 7 years and has a developmental delay.
We are recruiting for an Early Years professional to head a team of professionals who care for the little girl. The little girl was born very prematurely and has some developmental delays, so her parents require a kind, organised Nanny who will help with her physio and speech therapy. Special needs training (or a nursing background) is highly desirable, but not necessarily essential providing the successful candidate has had some similar experience. Ultimately the Nanny will care for, nurture and be patient with her. This is a fully staffed, formal household and there is a full back-up team who do all nursery duties, so the NSJ candidate can focus on the little girl completely. Teams of professional therapists are regularly flown in from all over the world to work with the child. Separate accommodation is provided on the grounds which is in a beautiful location right on the gulf. The family are also offering a TOP salary including flights home to the UK for leave etc for the candidate with the appropriate credentials. 8 hour day. Interviews will be initially phone interview followed by face to face meeting with the family. Family are very well known to the agency. Candidate will have alot of input into the continuing care of their daughter. September start if possible. Top package available for right candidate. The position is to start at the earliest convenience and the parents are interviewing now.
