International family (returning clients of ours) are looking for a warm, kind and sensitive Nanny to join a rota position alongside three other nannies (already in post), caring for two little boys (born June 2018 & Nov 2015). The nanny will be working predominately with the newborn baby initially so a nanny who has a true love for working with the youngest of children is essential.
The rota is 26 weeks 24/7 (working 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off). There is a yearly schedule which established 6 to 12 months ahead, so nannies can plan their personal time, knowing their work and break times throughout the year.
The family’s priority is for the two siblings to be very connected. The new nanny joining should establish a closeness, connection and trust with both the toddler and newborn, prioritising and encouraging the siblings being together. The family are looking for a nanny who is high energy, productive whilst being extremely gentle and affectionate. The family practices gentle discipline and lots of communication with the boys.
The toddler is a very active little boy, thriving on relationships whether with family, his new sibling (who he adores), his caring nannies or his friends. He attends and enjoys lots of fun classes and play dates. Is a spirited very intelligent, loving, compassionate, creative little boy with a great sense of humour. He attends nursery four days per week.
The baby enjoys lots of very cuddles, he is adorable and extremely calm. He will start to attend baby classes and groups in the coming months which the nanny will be responsible for organising and accompanying him to. The family are keen for the routine to be established so that both children are able to spend as much time together as possible so will require the nanny to work with the nannies responsible for the older child to ensure that this happens daily.
It is a fully-staffed household, however the nannies are required to carry out all usual nursery duties such as taking care of healthy meals planning, organisation of classes and playdates for the children, maintaining the playroom and children’s bedrooms, shopping for toys/clothes, packing and unpacking for family holidays and travel, alongside setting up homes or hotel rooms so that they are child appropriate and child-proof.
The family travels regularly throughout Europe and the USA, to their other homes. Visas will be organised for the US.
