| Description | ASAP ideally February start: Kensington W8 (& California USA): Our long standing clients with homes in London, country and California are seeking a Rota Nanny to commence beg Jan 2020. Our client's family are US/UK and consist of boys 6 & 2.5 years who have two rota nannies and twins (B/G) who are 1 year old. The nanny will work as the second rota nanny with the twins, so previous rota experience and experience with twins, as well as routines, developmental and educational play are really important. This is a fully staffed household and family also have an estate outside London where they spend some time during the holidays. The twins have just turned one year, so nanny should be highly organised, proactive and be good at working within a team of nannies, communicating and coordinating with the rota nannies who work with the older boys. Family travel to their estate in California in the holidays, so a swimmer and a good driver essential. This is an informal household, but nanny must be used to working alongside other household staff and cook etc. Travel experience with little ones also super important.
