Islington: Sole charge, Daily Nanny, two girls 4 & 2 years

Our busy professional clients are looking for a dynamic, sociable, confident Daily, Nanny with a lot of nanny experience and a high level of commitment. Our clients are both hands on parents but both have very demanding jobs, and so need lots of energy and excellent organisation and communication skills in their new nanny. Due to the current situation and schools & nurseries being closed, a candidate who is educationally-focused and able to entertain and organise good daily structure for the girls is essential.

The two girls are 4 years (usually at school) and her toddler sister, 2 years old.  When COVID restrictions are lifted she will return to schools (Camden) her younger sister will start at the same school in September 2021. Basic hours 7.30am - 7pm, Monday to Friday. Babysitting required with some flexibility at least x 2 nights a week on average sometimes more. Very little babysitting required at weekend (rare). Ditto proxy parenting, but parents might need more input/babysitting during work trips (infrequent) and trial periods (they are both busy legal professionals).   

The current nanny has been with the family for four years now and will do the handover with the new nanny . The girls have been used to a lot of classes and playdates, so we need someone who will be comfortable to create lots of activity for the girls as well as creating a calm and creative environment for home-schooling/play. 

Excellent salary available for a great nanny.  Candidates who are able to walk/cycle to work are favoured, but for reference the location is roughly midway between Caledonian Road and Highbury & Islington stations.
