Cotswolds + Travel: TWO x Rota Maternity Nannies (exp candidates, taking over from MN) - Late Feb/Early March 2021 Start (initial one year contract)

Our lovely, professional, but very hands-on clients, are seeking TWO very experienced & professional, Rota Maternity Nannies to have shared care of their first baby.  This will initially be a one year contract, starting from February/March 2021, with a review to extending towards the end of the first year.  The rota will be one week on/off taking over from the Norland-trained Maternity Nurses.

The new Rota Maternity Nannies will also be fully trained and have extensive experience (minimum of 5+ years) working with babies and be happy in a mixed sole charge & shared care set-up. They will have shared care responsibility for the baby who will be about 3 months old when position commences. This is very much a sole charge position when the parents are working, but they do like to be involved and hands-on when they can. As busy, working, successful professionals they do require cover.

The current Maternity Nurses are getting the baby into a really super & loving routine and the parents are very hands on, with a mixture of breast & bottle feeding. The new Nannies will be routine-orientated, able to commence a weaning programme and be proactive & organised.  In time liaise with mother regarding age appropriate classes etc. As with all rota positions it is imperative that the new candidates work incredibly well as a team - with each other, with the family and other household staff. 

Whilst this is a formal, staffed household these are very private clients, so discretion is paramount and the family are grounded and very personable. There will be frequent travel to Europe when Covid restrictions ease, so we do require candidates who are able to travel. Nannies who have previous experience of working in Rota scenarios and in formal households is highly desirable.

Nanny accommodation will be supplied (when on duty) and as is the case with rota appointments, a degree of flexibility will be required to cover your Co-Nanny in times of emergency sickness and annual leave. And it is essential the nannies are confident swimmers and confident drivers (clean licenses). 

A generous salary package is available for top class, 5* candidates. The roles will start February/March to take over from the Maternity Nurses (both very well-known to us at NSJ) with interviews currently taking place.
