April 2025 start in DUBAI + travel: We have an exciting opportunity for a **top, formally-trained, native English MT, Rota Nanny** who is looking for overseas adventure in Dubai from April 2025! Our international clients - who are moving to Dubai in April - are seeking a highly experienced/trained, Rota Nanny to care for their adorable baby boy (currently 8 months, approx. 18 months at the start of the position). This role is predominantly based in Dubai with extensive travel (incl. London & India) and due to the nature of this role, it is best suited to trained, native English MT candidates, and someone who is already based in Dubai and has good local knowledge (good local knowledge is an essential requirement) ~ The working schedule will be 3 weeks on/off. Accommodation is supplied when the nannies are on duty, but should be local to Dubai for time-off and have excellent local knowledge. It is our clients request that their new nanny has formal training (eg: Norland) and is native English MT.
Little one is currently just under a year and when this new role start he will be about 18 months. He currently has a temporary nanny of ours, so is in a great routine, sleeping through the night and settled. Applicants should be highly experienced with the next developmental stages as they will be tag-teaming as part of a rota duo, doing full nursery duties for the child. This role is best suited to someone who is resourceful, outgoing and, confident and happy to work in both a sole and shared charge capacity with our easy-going, devoted first time parents, both with busy careers. Our clients will be new to Dubai, hence they would like their new staff to have great local knowledge, be able to organise and research activities and classes. Attention to detail and efficient organisational skills, along with calm personalities are best suited. It is essential the new candidate has previous formal household and good travel experience. The work schedule will be 3 weeks on/off and the nannies will be provided with bedroom &bathroom when on duty. And kindly note, our clients are strongly favouring applications from nannies who are already in Dubai - they are not able to consider candidates from outside Dubai as won't be paying for travel. Nanny must be OK with dogs as there are two rescue dogs, and a confident Dubai driver is necessary. **Top** salaries paid. Interviews taking place now for an April 2025 start. Our clients are very active with their search and are able to interview in London until early October, then they will be travelling internationally for the next 6 months, including in Dubai, so should be able to undertake some interviews there.
