ASAP start in Chelsea, SW3 + travel  - Daily Nanny for 2 children: B7 months & G4 years

~ Location: Chelsea SW3 (Sloane Square, nearest tube) + travel

~ 2 children: B7 months & G4 years. 

We have a super opportunity in the heart of Chelsea SW3, for a trained and experienced, Daily Nanny.  To care for 2 children; B7 months & G4 years. Full, sole charge nursery duties will be required and some overseas travel.

Our clients are both very busy professionals, who work away from the family home, so their new nanny will have complete sole charge autonomy.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 19:00

Their eldest (G4 years) is at full-time nursery 3 full days and part-time (mornings) 2 days per week.  She is lively and inquisitive, so someone who is fun, caring but also firm and explanatory - a nanny who get on her level to help channel emotions when needed. She is very active, so an outdoorsy profile would work well for the family.  Both children are healthy with no additional medical needs or allergy and baby boy has began weaning process, so the new nanny must be up to date and have good experience with babies of this age. 

* The new candidate must have clear proven track record of working with at least 2 charges and be confident at managing two children of varying age.

* Must have experience of supporting both babies and pre-school/school age children.

* Another essential requirement is for the candidate to travel with the family for 3 weeks in August 2025. Other travel is non-essential (but would be helpful), however this trip is a deal breaker.

* Our clients would be thrilled if their new nanny had appropriate childcare qualifications/training, but ultimately they want someone with the attitude/approach that suits their needs, and a candidate who can think on her feet to be able to competently carry out their duties with good autonomy. This role is best-suited to someone who is switched on, organised, structured, able to plan ahead and who instinctively knows how to work through the day.

And crucially, our clients are looking for someone who can read the room and who they can get on well with.

This is a non-pet household and a driver would be helpful but is not essential.
