SUPERBE OPPORTUNIY in KENSINGTON W8: Highly experienced, native English MT, Rota Nanny for G9 months

• Permanent Rota Nanny 

• Preferred start date: ASAP end April/May.

• Hours of work: 4.5 days on/9 days off.

• Children: G9 months (sharing a room with the baby until she is at least 1 y-o).

• Passport: UK passport holders preferred.

• Languages: fluent English (an additional European language would be favourable).

• Trained: Formal childcare qualification, with up-to-date First Aid & Enhanced DBS.

We have a truly superb opportunity in Kensington for a highly experienced, trained, native English MT, Rota Nanny.  The hours for this role are absolutely fabulous: 4.5 days on/9 days off! Though flexibility to travel is required (see below). And this appointment is working in conjunction with two other nannies; another weekday nanny and a weekend nanny (placed by NSJ).

• Hours: Every other week, working from Monday morning (start time TBC) until 18.00 on a Friday (with flexibility to travel when req).

• Brief outline of duties: nursery duties, child related cleaning and laundry, cooking nutritious meals (child only), planning creative activities and aiding the child’s early years development and education. Taking child to/from nursery. 

• Travel: travel will be required, and when travelling, the two weekday nannies will split the rota between them.: 

o 4-6 weeks this coming July & August Monaco.

o 6-8 weeks mid-December 2025 to end January 2026 in the Caribbean (must be happy to travel over Christmas period).

• Misc.:

• Pets: There are 2 cats in the household, so nanny must be OK with cats.

• Driving: Not required.

• Terms: Permanent employment on payroll (no self-employed nannies), 4 weeks holiday (to be split over the course of the year). 

• Salary: Excellent, top range, circa £70K

This would suit a structured, career nanny who is highly trained and experienced (preferably with a minimum of 15 - 20 years+). Our clients are favouring someone looking for longevity in the role and who can show longevity of roles on their CV. 

And please note that the client’s requirement is that nannies sleep in with the baby until she is approx. 1 y-o.
