| Description | Westminster SW1 from September: We are seeking a new flexible Daily Nanny for our Norwegian/British clients. Both parents are busy working professionals and have two outgoing confident, sporty and active boys aged 5.5 & 3.5 years. The older boy is at school in Notting Hill and the youngest is at nursery school in SW1 and will start at pre-prep reception from September this year. Working hours: Term time (from September 2019): 5 days 7.30am - 9am and then from 3.00pm - 7.00pm; and school holidays and selected half-terms: 5 days 9am - 7pm and very rare, ad-hoc weekends when our clients are working (mother works in the medical profession). But please note as our clients know they require flexibility the candidate's salary will be treated as a combined entity, and monthly salary will be fixed and based on a 42 hour week. And the downtime during the day during term time is free time for the nanny, her own personal time. Mother is in the medical profession and has a varied schedule. If Nanny was Norwegian, that would be a bonus, but parents are seeking the right match for the family and mother speaks with the boys in Norwegian, so they are bilingual. Nanny should be outgoing, proactive and be happy to get stuck in and plan and organise activities for the boys in their free time and co-ordinate with parents regarding play dates as well. So someone who is open, very grounded and looking for a long association with an employer would be best suited for this lovely family. The boys are good eaters and also go to bed promptly at 7.00pm. The family travel and are super sporty and can both ski, so if nanny is a keen skier, they can accompany the family on ski trips to Switzerland (near Geneva) which happen in the winter season, and they have a cottage in the Cotswolds and a house in Norway (near Bergen). Driver would be super-helpful. Start date is from August, but definitely by September.
