We are seeking a nanny for our new, professional Dutch/British clients based in Putney. Family are conveniently located close to local amenities and transport links.
We are looking for a kind, caring and fun nanny for their 9 month old daughter, from January 2019 when she turns one year.. The right candidate will be able to help them to identify their daughter’s development and educational needs and plan age appropriate activities to help with her stimulation and development. The baby is in a good routine and our clients are very keen for this to continue.
Kindness and manners are essential to our clients. They want to raise their daughter to be kind and to respect others. They believe it is just as important to be interested as it is to be interesting and this means listening to others and teaching their daughter to be inquisitive about the world around her. They have a few rules that underpin the ethos of their family and how they want their daughter to be raised: • They speak kindly to each other
• They listen to each other
• They admit when they are wrong
• They look after their own belongings
They believe that approval and praise are the most powerful motivators for good behaviour and look to consistently praise and reinforce positive behaviours.
Someone who is willing to become OFSTED registered is a big bonus but not a requirement (family will cover the cost of registration).
