| Description | HOLLAND PARK W11: We are looking for an exceptional, degree educated, Live-in Nanny/Governess for a family living close to Holland Park. With a minimum of 20 years professional experience. This is a unique role in many ways for a Nanny/Governess who is hard working and willing to be flexible for which you will be rewarded for greatly. There are three children aged 11 months, 2.5 & 5 years old. There are two other nannies who you will be working alongside with. This is 5 X 24 hour role. Your role will be to assist in the day to day care of the children. You will usually just have one child at any given time but must be confident to have all three should you need to cover the other ladies from time to time. You will be required to assist the children in their development, ensure they reach their milestones, arrange age appropriate activities that are both fun and educational and teach manners, good behaviour and encourage kindness to others. Additionally, the older two attend nursery and school so you must be confident to assist with the children’s education. Nursery duties will include tidying the children’s bedrooms and covering their laundry. The family are looking for someone mature, experienced, educated and longevity in previous positions. It is essential you are well spoken, presentable and polished and hold a degree. You must have also worked with children who have attended top private schools (for example, Wetherby and St Thomas etc) This is a fully staffed household which includes housekeepers, a house manager, PA’s, drivers and chefs. Therefore, it is essential that you have excellent communication skills. Especially as this is an international household. You will be required to travel with the family throughout the year and you must have good sea legs as summers will be spent on the yacht. Pet friendly Nanny/Governess due to the children having dogs. A Nanny/Governess who is nurturing and maternal would suit the family perfectly and if you have had your own children it would be bonus but not essential. You will be provided with your own bedroom and bathroom within the family home. Salary £75000 per year with additional perks & benefits for a top candidate, with vast professional experience (minimum of 20 years).
