NOTTING HILL: Experienced, 24/4, Live-in Nanny (3 children, G2, B6 & B7.5 years)  on duty Monday 10am - Friday 10am

Our clients are looking for a permanent, 24/4, Live-in Nanny from June/July. We are seeking a great candidate to care for 3 children: boys 7.5 & 6 yrs and G2 years.  The family is  based in Notting Hill and interviews are now taking place for a June/July start with handover from our NSJ nanny. 

The working days will be Monday 10am through to Friday 10am when the weekend nanny takes over.  Nanny should also be happy to travel with the family in the school holidays. 

A busy, staffed house and there is a Housekeeper/Nanny who can also provide additional backup if required. It is important that the Nanny is very good team player who has worked alongside other household staff who will work well together and gel with the rest of the household team. 

This is a fully-staffed household and there is a chef, but the nannies must be happy to prepare occasional food for the children on the occasions the chef is off. The family is pescatarian, so nanny will need to be able to prepare appropriate meals. 

Going forward, the family do usually travel in school holidays (Europe, Far East & USA), and therefore do require a nanny who is a strong swimmer (they spend a lot of time on a yacht, so good sea-legs are essential)!  Flexibility will be necessary, especially when the family will be travelling between locations. 

The boys are at full time school, with oldest boy starting at prep school this Autumn.  They are very close, so the nanny needs to balance care  of the toddler sister who is now 2 years old and will be starting at nursery school in September, but also with lots of energy and drive to keep the lively boys engaged and active. This position is best suited to candidates who are super-organised, proactive, super-tidy and like a good routine!  Nanny will take care of the children's wardrobes, ensuring the new uniform and essentials like shoes etc are purchased and kept up to date.  Nanny will also be responsible for all the childrens' admin dealing with emails and notices from school and ensuring parents are appraised of events at school and that everything is in the diary etc. also ensure that boys settle down with their homework each day after school/   All the children love arts and crafts, so nanny should be creative and happy to plan activities for rainy days in the playroom.  The cupboards are fully stocked with arts and crafts equipment.

Nanny will have private basement accommodation when on duty.  Great salary for the right candidate with English MT and a broad range of toddler and school age experience.
