January start in KENSINGTON W8:  Our super-busy professional parents are seeking a top, very experienced, proactive Daily Nanny for a new position in this active household.  

This is a very busy household, but super-fun!  There are 5 children: B6.5y, G4y & twins 22m and a new baby arrived in autumn 2021 (MN still with the family). But there is another nanny who has been with the family for a number of years, so this role will be working with her. This role is predominantly taking care of the older two children, 6.5 & 4 years.  The new position commences at the nanny's earliest convenience in January to work in conjunction with the other nanny - therefore a confident, proactive, team player is essential. 

The eldest lad, 6.5 years, goes to school (Yr 2).  His sister, 4 years, is still at nursery until Sept 2022. Their current Norland Nanny will take full charge of the younger twins but you will support her when your charges are at school, and both nannies will share charge of the new baby when the MN leaves. So a good team player is essential!

Family are located in the heart of Kensington W8 within easy access of Holland Park tube, school, nursery, classes and plentiful activities. Daily hours will be Monday to Friday 08.00 - 19.00. 

As the twins have their own Norland Nanny (been with the family for over 3 years), the new nanny will have company during the working day.  Nanny will be in charge of older two the children's daily routines: school/nursery runs, and generally manage their day to day lives.  Nanny will plan the schedule of classes and activities for the week and liaise with school & nursery and with the parents and will research new events, activities, after-school clubs etc.  Both nannies will work as a team to prepare weekly menus, diary schedules/management etc to ensure no conflict of dates etc. 

Family spend two months each summer in the USA and would like each nanny to join them for a month during that time. There are full staff at both residences so plenty of support. Family also do short trips to Europe.

A driver is essential and there are two nanny cars (auto) for use.

They also have a gorgeous 7 year old springer spaniel who is a much loved member of the household. 

This is a really fun role and is best suited to a proactive, super-organised, team player. A fun, positive, flexible approach with each nanny being given a lot of autonomy within this busy household. An added bonus is the access to the garden square which has lots of play equipment in it where the children like to spend time. 

Holland Park is the closest tube.
