Summer start in CHELSEA SW10 + travel: for a top, DAILY NANNY

To assist professional parents with their 3 children, we are recruiting for a top, Daily Nanny in Chelsea/West Brompton.  The children are 2 girls; 5.5 & 3.5 years and their little brother who is nearly 2 years.  This position is mixed share & sole charge (father works full-time and mother works part-time) and the working hours are 08.00 - 19.00 Monday to Friday.

After spending many years in San Francisco, the family relocated back to London in August 2020. Their eldest daughter is in school five days a week until 3pm, and the younger daughter is in nursery five days a week until 1.30pm with the youngest boy staying at home.  Our clients are looking for a warm, positive, energetic, long-term nanny to join the family, someone with native English MT and with good experience of caring for 3 children and can demonstrate longevity in her previous roles. Responsibilities will include usual nanny duties, daily care of the children.

The children naturally have varying interests, but they are loving and close siblings. An active & outdoorsy candidate is required as the children enjoy various sporting activities (including: swimming & tennis) and love spending time in playgrounds and parks.  Their parents are keen for them to enrich themselves in London's many museums. When they are at home, the children love imaginative play, arts and crafts, working on puzzles, playing games and reading. 

During term time, it will be just mainly for the youngest child until the two older children return from nursery and school. During holiday time, it will involve caring for all 3 children, planning activities or visits to parks/museums and getting the children outside in the fresh air (come rain or shine!). Organisation and tidiness of children's bedrooms and playroom, sewing in name labels and occasionally mending (no laundry or ironing).

The nanny should be a confident cook, able to plan healthy, weekly menus and cook lunch & supper for children.  She will also keep track of child-related inventory and ordering more supplies when needed.

A driver is preferred and there will be holiday travel (including: Caribbean, Europe, USA and within the UK). The family also, employ a full-time housekeeper and weekend nanny, so the nanny must be a great team player.

The family home is in Chelsea/West Brompton, SW London close to great amenities, parks, Earls Court, the River Thames and much more.   West Brompton is the nearest tube station, and South Kensington & Gloucester Road stations are approx a 15 minute walk.
