ASAP start: Our clients based in Belsize Park are seeking a new Head Nanny for their twin girls 16months:

The hours will be Sunday evening through Thursday evening, 4 x 13 hours, with a top salary comensurate with the position.

. This position will be an initial fixed contract, working 4 days per week 13 hours per day. The Head nanny will be working along side one of rota nannies on weekdays so there are always two nannies on shift, so it’s one nanny for each twin. The nannies will not have to take care of the older boy who is 4.5 years old.

The nanny should have qualities such as a good work ethic, be a team player and happy to keep maintained  the routine that is working so well for the girls and above all love working with children.  A good knowledge of developmental stages and have a good knowledge and training regarding child development.  They have slept through the night from very early on and have an excellent routine.  Someone proactive and organised who manages their time well and can enjoy the ability to have one on one time with each twin as there are always two people on duty with the girls.  

Other duties will include managing current nanny team on a day to day basis, and training any additional nannies or household staff as needed.

• Maintaining inventory and ensuring stock rotation of supplies and materials needed for childcare.

• Keeping track of the children's day to day activities, milestones and progress to inform parents giving them the information needed to adjust the schedule and activities as required.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest research and practices in child development to provide the best possible care for the children. 

• Work collaboratively as a team with the other nannies in place on a daily basis. When working with other nannies, effective communication is key. Collaborate and discuss amongst each other to determine who will be responsible for specific tasks at any given time. This helps eliminate unnecessary repetition and ensures that tasks are completed efficiently.
  

There will be some travel involved.  A driver isn't necessary.  Excellent salary available for an organised,  preferably with previous twins experience.
