| Description | Early July start in BAYSWATER: for a really great, **Norland-trained** Live-in Nanny for 2 children; G7 & B5 years. We have a really great opportunity in Bayswater for an **English MT, Norland-trained Nanny**. Our clients do favour formally trained candidates (eg: Norland), and a very confident and experienced London driver is essential. Private accommodation is supplied. This role is to replace the family's current nanny (placed by NSJ) who is leaving in early July to undertake some personal travel. The working hours will be from 7:30 until 7pm, Monday - Friday but are happy to offer some down time during the day (subject to being on-top of nursery duties/errands) and 7-8 weeks holiday, in exchange for the longer working hours. Our clients currently live in Bayswater/Queensway (near the NW corner of Kensington Gardens), they have two children, G7.5 & B5 years and the role will be fully sole charge as both parents work in demanding careers, with Dad often away travelling. So the new nanny will be fully supportive of Mum, and working closely with her. There are no laundry/ironing duties, but the new candidate must have excellent experience with school-age children, with good knowledge of London schools and the UK curriculum (homework, supporting 7+ preparations etc). A confident London driver is essential requirement (nanny car provided; auto) as the girl's school is currently a 15-20 minute drive across London. Completely, separate, private accommodation is offered. The family has a dog, a very kind & gentle 2 y-o Golden Retriever, so the nanny must also like dogs. The family is currently located close to the top NW corner of Kensington Gardens & the Diana Memorial Ground and all local amenities, but hoping to move to the Chelsea locale soon.
