End July/early Aug start in the beautiful western COTSWOLDS, for a top, **trained** Rota Nanny  

Returning, professional clients, are seeking an experienced & professional, Rota Nanny to join their household team and care for their 2 children; G3 years & B8 months (at the start of the role). This is to replace the family's long-standing NSJ Norland Nanny and it is really important the new candidate is a really great team player and happy to work in conjunction with other nannies and the parents accordingly.  And our clients do have a preference for formal training (eg: Norland or very similar).

The new Rota Nanny will be required to work a one week on/off rotation with gorgeous luxury travel, joining a well-established team of Norland trained nannies. This will be a mixed sole charge & shared care set-up and best-suited to routine-orientated candidates with previous experience working for UHNW/VIP clients within a staffed setting.

The new Nanny will ideally be fully trained &/or qualified and have previous experience working with baby and toddler age-groups, have a "muck-in" attitude and good intuition; able to “read the room” with the ability to step in and out as required.

A good swimmer and confident country driver (with full, clean license) is an essential requirement as the family are located quite rurally in the Cotswolds (on the western side of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham is the nearest major town). There will be gorgeous, luxury, foreign travel, so we do require candidates who are able to support with this, and a candidate who has previously travelled with her employers will be favoured.

This is a one week on/off rota, with handover being Tuesday afternoon.   This is a fully-staffed household and everyone unites to work together, with the parents at the helm, so it is really vital the new candidates are happy to work collaboratively. All staff are required to sign NDAs, and discretion is paramount. Above all, we require a supremely professional and astute candidate with an exemplary portfolio, super previous experience working with similarly aged charges within a private household and excellent checkable references.

A generous salary package is available for top class, 5* candidate to handover in mid/late July for late July/early August start.   Initial interviews with the Family's PA are now taking place.
