Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Daily Nanny to provide exceptional care for our three children, 8, 13, & 15 years. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children in these age groups.  This position requires a nurturing and responsible individual who can create a safe and stimulating environment for the children.  And should have a proven track record of longevity in previous nanny roles (this is a key client requirement, and a minimum of 2.5 years).

The working hours will be Daily, 13.00 - 20.00 with the flexibility to do babysitting and the occasional weekend support (all by arrangement) and travel. In return our clients are offering an excellent, negotiable salary. And due to our clients' careers we do need a candidate who is resilient to last minute adjustments. 

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a nanny with children in the age groups of 8, 13, and 15 years.

- Have a proven track record of longevity in previous nanny roles (this is a key client requirement, and a minimum of 2.5 years in recent role is highly desirable).

- Demonstrated longevity in previous nanny roles, showcasing commitment and dedication.

- Excellent understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and parents alike.

- First Aid and CPR certification.

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

- Flexibility with working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.

- Respect for privacy and confidentiality (signing an NDA).

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily care and supervision for the children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

- Create a structured routine that includes age-appropriate activities, educational support, and recreational opportunities.

- Assist with homework assignments and ensure that the children are meeting their academic goals.

- Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children, taking into consideration any dietary restrictions or preferences.

- Organize and participate in engaging and educational outings, such as visits to museums, parks, and extracurricular activities.

- Foster a positive and respectful environment, promoting good behavior and manners.

- Encourage and support the children's personal development, including their social, emotional, and physical growth.

- Maintain open and regular communication with the parents, providing updates on the children's progress, activities, and any concerns that may arise.

- Collaborate with other household staff, such as housekeepers or tutors, to ensure a harmonious and well-coordinated environment.

- Perform all child-related duties (incl: tidying children's areas, encouraging tidying up after activities and ensuring cleanliness and organisation).

Our clients are in the Hampstead Heath locale. The new Nanny will perform full age-appropriate duties and also be responsible for liaising with schools etc. And naturally, due to the children's ages, our clients are preferring an educationally focused nanny who has good experience of the UK education system and can support with homework etc. The children will all be attending school in Hampstead. Our clients are also keen on healthy eating/food preparation for the children.

This is a lively, fun and very busy household.  Both parents are required to travel for work, so there might also be the odd occasion for Proxy cover, but the new candidate should be willing and able to travel with them in school holidays. The family has a dog, so the nanny must be OK with pets.

A driver who is confident driving in London is also an essential requirement.    The family is based in Hampstead Heath and that is the nearest tube.
