NOTTING HILL + travel: French-speaking, Daily, Rota Nanny (4 children: 7 - 13 years)

~ Daily, Rota Nanny (1 week on/off -- please note this is a daily role, and accommodation is only supplied when doing proxy cover + travelling).

~ 4 children; 13, 11, 9 & 7 years.

~ Special client requirements: French-speaker + confident London driver essential, with clean license (these are non-negotiables).

~ Salary: £60- £65K gpa.

Clients in NOTTING HILL are seeking a new **French-speaking, Daily, Rota Nanny** to support them with their children: 7, 9, 11 & 13 years (though the eldest is away at boarding school).

~~ Please note this is a daily, rota role, working one week on/off, and whilst the core hours of this role will be 09.00 - 21.00, you will be on-call for the whole 7-day week.  Monday is the handover day. Our client is a single parent, and the children divide their time equally between both parents. This role is for the weeks when the children are with their mother, and the other half of the rota is the children's long-standing nanny who works with the children's father.

Full nanny duties will be required, and because the eldest child is away at boarding school and really only require nanny care during holiday time, the main responsibility will be the younger three children, who are at schools locally in west London. At our client's request, the new Rota Nanny must have really good experience with older children from 9 years upwards and be a really good cook - these are older children, so have more mature & refined palates than nursery food.

There is travel and in the summer, the rota is split between the two nannies, each doing 4 weeks straight through, so one nanny starts the holidays, the other finishes the holidays. Likewise the Christmas/New Year period will be alternated between the nannies.  And the family usually goes somewhere gorgeously hot & sunny in the summer months and skiing in winter - so a nanny who is super-fit, active and outdoorsy to be able to accompany the children and join in with their activities. There is also a country home about an hour out of London where they go for odd weekends, half terms etc.

Mum is French and this role is specifically for a French-speaker to help support the children's language. And whilst this is a daily role, there might be the odd weekends where you will be asked to stay overnight and take proxy responsibility.

Ladbroke Grove & Westbourne Park are the nearest tubes but a confident London driver is also crucial (clean license).
