January 2025 start in BRUTON, SOMERSET for an capable, Live-in Nanny (working hours Thursday - Monday)

~ Role: Live-in Nanny (private accommodation supplied)

~ Working hours: Thursday - Monday (with Tuesdays & Wednesdays off)

~ Children: 4 children: B8, B6 & B3 years + G4 months.

~ Location: Bruton, Somerset

~ Special requirements: formal childcare training (eg: Norland) + driver essential

~ Start date: January 2025

A very busy professional family in Bruton, Somerset is looking for a trained, Live-in Nanny to support them with their super-busy household and family. There are 4 children in the family: B8, B6 & B3 years + G4 months.

Our clients are keen on getting a routine in place, but in a relaxed and gentle way.  Happy to continue to support integration of the new baby with her three big brothers. The family's long-term nanny has been working for them for the last 4+ years, has relocated to Somerset with them and will be moving into more Estate Manager role, but she will still be part of the day-to-day routines. Working within the team managed by the family's current nanny to ensure an organised and smooth day-to-day.

~ The working hours are Thursday - Monday (with Tuesdays & Wednesdays off - weekends included in the working week).

So the family's new nanny needs to be happy maintaining the current routines, structure and schedules - and be really at home in a busy household with 3 lively boys and a new baby and energetic dogs!

The boys all have different personalities and needs, so the new nanny needs to understand that the siblings have contrasting characters and requirements.

 Other nanny duties will include cooking, occasional help with animals; horses, dogs and a very sweet cat. Helping parents with the children’s riding and the nanny is also very welcome to ride the horses on their off time if they’d like!

Private accommodation available for rest hours and day off, with own kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
