~ Start date: ASAP (trials to be scheduled in advance)

~ Schedule: 1 week on/off rota, 24/7 coverage during your working week

The Role:

This sought-after position involves caring for 2 children; G14 & B11 years, in partnership with another highly trained Norland nanny on a 1 week on/off rota. You’ll be part of a harmonious, supportive household, with professional staff who handle cooking, laundry, and housekeeping. Your focus? The children’s happiness, routines, and development.

Key responsibilities include:

~ Morning Routine: Energize the day by preparing breakfast, assisting with school prep, and coordinating a shared school run with Mum (different schools in opposite directions).

~ Daytime Activities: Manage child-related PA tasks, occasional errands, and care for two adorable family dogs.

~ Afternoon/Evening Routine: Take charge of school pick-ups, supervise after-school activities, assist with homework, and ensure seamless evening routines.

~ Weekends: Enjoy weekends at the family’s country house, a short 40-minute drive from London, where you’ll provide engaging care and family support.

~ With regular holidays, you’ll also travel to stunning worldwide destinations including Europe, Caribbean and the USA. 

What We’re Looking For/Ideal Candidate:

~ Experienced: Confident in managing the needs of older children (preferably with PGCE/QTS qualifications).

~ Organized & Fun: Able to balance structure with creativity and laughter.

~ Sporty & Energetic: Ready to inspire active, healthy lifestyles.

~ Flexible: Willing to prepare meals for the children on weekends or during travel when the family chef is off-duty.

~ Collaborative: Thrives in a team environment with other household staff.

~ Driver:  A confident driver familiar with London roads (automatic car provided).

~ Work alongside experienced and professional colleagues in a warm, supportive household.
