OXFORDSHIRE + travel: Live-in Nanny (for twin babies) - April start - driver essential

~ Job Title: Live-in Nanny for fraternal twins (b. Nov 2024)

~ Location: Oxfordshire (driver essential)

~ Start date: April start 

~ Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am - 7pm with flexibility for additional hours by mutual agreement

~ Salary: £50-60K gross p/a (DoE)

We are looking for a caring and nurturing Live-in Nanny to join a lovely family and provide exceptional care for their fraternal twins (B & G), who were born in November 2024. This position requires both sole and joint care, making it essential for the candidate to have previous experience with newborn twins and a calm, easy-going demeanour. The family live in beautiful Oxfordshire & enjoy the outdoors & healthy living so a nanny with similar interests would be highly desirable and they would like to the babies to spend as much time outdoors as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer attentive and loving care to the twins, addressing their daily needs, including feeding, changing, and nurturing.

• Create a safe and stimulating environment conducive to the babies' growth and development.

• Engage the twins in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and bonding.

• Establish and maintain a consistent routine to support the twins' feeding and sleep schedules.

• Assist with light household tasks related to the children, such as laundry and meal preparation.

• Maintain open communication with parents to ensure a unified approach to childcare.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with the care of young twins is essential.

• An easy-going, patient, and nurturing personality.

• Strong organizational abilities and effective multitasking skills.

• Up-to-date Enhanced DBS & current First Aid.

• A genuine love for children and a commitment to their well-being.

• Some travel is required in the role.

• Driver's license.
