BROOK GREEN W14 + travel: Live-in Nanny (G5, B3 years & G6 months) - ASAP start ££££

~ Salary: £45K gpa + food allowance 

We have a warm and welcoming family seeking a dedicated and nurturing Live-in Nanny to join them in caring for their three wonderful children: a spirited 5.5-year-old girl, an sweet 3-year-old boy and a delightful 6-month-old baby girl. They are looking for someone who can become an integral part of the team and support them in creating a loving and engaging environment for the children, who have an established and settled routine in their lovely local area.

Working Hours:

• 07:00am - 19:00, with 1 or 2 babysitting evenings per week.

About the Children:

The eldest attends school during the day, and the middle child is in nursery, leaving you to often focus on the baby at home alongside Mum. We are looking for someone who can engage with each child in a developmentally appropriate way, ensuring they feel loved, supported, and encouraged.

Their perfect candidate:

• Calm & Caring: A gentle and perceptive approach to childcare is essential, with a strong ability to remain calm and collected in various situations.
• Team Player: You will work closely with mum, sharing a good sense of humour and a collaborative spirit.
• Experience: Previous experience with multiple children is a must, as well as a solid understanding of the developmental needs of young children.
• Culinary Skills: A great cook who enjoys preparing fresh, homemade meals for children.

Duties to include:

• Standard nanny duties related to the care of the children.
• Being generally helpful and tidy in the home.
• Some household PA duties to assist the family in day-to-day tasks. 
• Engaging the children in fun and educational activities, both at home and in the local community.

Accommodation:

You will enjoy a whole top floor of our clients home, featuring a separate kitchen, sitting room, bedroom and bathroom providing you with your own space and privacy. There is also access to a fully stocked, large roof terrace via a ladder with great views as a separate outdoor space.

Additional Information:

• A driver’s license is preferred but not essential.
• The family lives in a vibrant community with plenty of amenities and activities for children.
• There will be opportunities for travel with the family, including trips to Scotland, Cotswolds and skiing.
