EUROPE & NORTH AMERICA + extensive travel: A team of trained Live-in Nannies (G14 months)   ASAP start ££££££  (**EU passports are absolutely essential**)

We are on the lookout for  a team of trained and dedicated, Live-in Nannies to provide exceptional care for a delightful little girl, 14 months in a dynamic and vibrant international family setting. These unique opportunities offer the chance for the new nannies to work in a fully staffed home while experiencing the excitement of travelling.

Position Details:

• Days & Hours: The role requires your commitment for 5 days per week, encompassing split shifts from 07:00 -15:00 and 15:00 - 23:00. Depending on preferences, shifts can alternate monthly. To ensure seamless and consistent care, nannies will overlap three days a week, allowing the child to build a strong relationship with both caregivers.

• Days Off: Each nanny will enjoy two days off each week, providing the opportunity for personal time and relaxation.

• Travel: The family embarks on extensive travels, and the nannies will take turns accompanying them on these adventures. This arrangement may involve longer hours during travel periods. Alternatively, the family may split travel time equally between the two nannies. Flexibility regarding varying time zones, locations, and family activities is essential, as adaptability plays a key role in meeting diverse family needs.

• Accommodation: Nannies will have a private bedroom and bathroom for their comfort, which may either be located within the family home or in a nearby apartment, ensuring a balance of privacy and accessibility.

Essential Requirements:

• EU passport: A valid EU passport is essential for each candidate for this position, due to travel requirements.

• Nanny Experience: Previous experience as a nanny, particularly with infants and toddlers, is an absolute must. A profound understanding of developmental stages and nurturing practices is vital for providing the highest standard of care.

• Minimum of 15 years industry experience in similar roles.

• Montessori/Pedagogy Background: A background in Montessori or pedagogy is highly preferred, as we value educational approaches that foster independence and creativity in children.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Italian, French or German would be a significant asset, allowing for diverse communication skills.

• Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and creativity in planning engaging activities are essential to thrive in this role, enabling you to provide rich and varied experiences for the child.

• Engaging Activities: Plan and facilitate creative, age-appropriate activities that promote curiosity, learning, and cognitive development, ensuring the child has stimulating and enriching experiences.

• Flexibility: While establishing a structured routine, remain adaptable to accommodate travel plans and evolving family dynamics, ensuring that the child’s needs are always prioritised.
