DUBAI + travel: Experienced Maternity Nurse/Maternity Nanny (baby 3.5 months)

~ Position: Maternity Nurse/Maternity Nanny, transitioning into a Rota Nanny when the baby is about 9 months.

~ Schedule: 24/6 with a 2-hour break

~ Location: Dubai, UAE

~ Start date: ASAP November

We are looking for a trained, experienced and dedicated Maternity Nurse/Maternity Nanny who is happy to working a 24/6 role, transitioning to Rota Nanny when the baby is about 9 months.  Our clients, a wonderful family in Dubai, have one baby, 3.5months months old.  And their preferred candidate will be highly skilled, trained and experienced in caring for young babies in similar roles.

**Requirements:**

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in maternity care.

• Proven ability to travel with families and adapt to new environments.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Passionate, warm, and caring demeanour, demonstrating commitment and professionalism.

• Routine-oriented yet flexible to cater to the evolving needs of the family.

• Highly trained candidates only.

**Key responsibilities:**

• Support with exclusive breastfeeding and the integration of pumped milk top-ups, managing approximately five feeds per day (currently).

• Expertly maintain and adjust feeding and sleep patterns to suit the baby’s developmental needs.

• Guide the family through the weaning process from breast to solids.

• Manage teething challenges and sleep regression, offering appropriate solutions.

• Help the family navigate age-appropriate activities and milestones.
