| Description | September start in BERMUDA: Gorgeous island location for an active, highly organised sole charge Nanny. This role is best suited to a nanny with a UK passport. The family's current nanny is leaving in September, so we are looking for her replacement. There are two children, girl and boy who will be 4 & 2 years when the job starts in September. The family live in Paget in a beautiful, very quiet, peaceful & safe area. The core hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the option to undertake additional Household PA duties for an additional 10 hours or so per week. The nanny duties are full nursery duties, children's laundry, preparing a dish for the children's meals and making enough for the parents to eat later in the evening. The family enjoy a wide range of food from Spaghetti Bolognese to a Sri Lankan curry from a family recipe! So it is important that the Nanny enjoys preparing food for the family. The Household PA duties, could involve, booking travel, arranging a car service and all the day to day organisation for these super busy working parents! So an organised, proactive person with previous sole charge experience is super important. A driver is essential and Nanny will be provided with a Car for their full use. The family do in normal circumstances travel to visit family and friends in the UK, they stay in central London and will get an AirBNB for nanny to stay nearby. They also do occasional travel to the USA, New York and Miami, so nanny just be able to travel there. A candidate with a UK passport would be best-suited. The family give the nanny a generous monthly accommodation allowance, so nanny can choose own accommodation. Their current nanny has a beautiful studio apartment on the oceanfront which is covered totally by the allowance. Suggestion is that incoming nanny stays there initially and if they like that, they can choose to remain or choose something else that they like. Nanny is also given a car for their full use. There might be very very occasional paid babysitting required by arrangement. Salary package over and above accommodation package is paid on an hourly rate, so nanny can choose if they want only 40 hours or above.
