DUBAI, UAE & IBIZA, SPAIN + travel: Rota Nanny (G5 years)  ASAP start ££££

** Position: Rota Nanny for extremely formal household (3 week on/off rotation - flights paid)

** Location: Dubai & Spain

** Start: ASAP December 2024

** Travel: Applicants should be available to work over Christmas 2024 due to a special trip to Thailand which the nanny will need to be able to commit to.

** Particular requirements: previous experience in UHNW/formal households & rota experience + native English MT.

** Salary: Up to £70,000 per year, based on experience & training/qualifications.

Our esteemed client is looking for a skilled, English-speaking Rota Nanny to join a dedicated team of four Nannies in supporting their vibrant family in Dubai. The primary focus will be on providing around-the-clock care for their 5-year-old daughter, splitting time between the UAE in winter and Spain (Ibiza) in summer, along with international travel (including a memorable Christmas trip to Thailand this coming December).

• The position follows a 3-week rotation (fly-in/fly-out) with a 24/7 duty schedule during each rotation. Our clients will pay for travel, but flexibility is required based on the family's travel plans.

• A private ensuite bedroom will be provided during work shifts in the family’s main residence and shared with the child during travels.

The family cultivates a collaborative, team-oriented environment, where the Nanny will work alongside others to ensure exceptional care for their children. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Nanny who enjoys teamwork and the thrill of international travel, all within a family that values care, respect and teamwork. This is a very formal household and there is another child (an older sister) who has her own nannies.

Candidate Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years in live-in or rota Nanny roles with UHNW families, particularly in luxury settings (eg., private travel, superyachts, ski chalets, silver service).

• A warm, engaged personality with a hands-on caregiving style, flexibility and independence.

• High emotional intelligence, able to navigate the household’s dynamics and assess when to engage or provide space.

• Familiarity with the UK’s Key Stage 1 (KS1) curriculum and educational support experience is desirable.

• Native English MT and experience teaching or tutoring in English would be a huge bonus.

• Ability to start in December and to accompany the family on a trip to Thailand over Christmas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated care for the 5-year-old girl, collaborating with existing English & Russian-speaking Nannies.

• Promote positive habits, manners, and emotional growth.

• Manage the child’s wardrobe, travel packing, and daily schedule.

• Support English language acquisition by coordinating with tutors and arranging extracurricular activities.

• Foster constructive study habits and a love for learning.

• Accompany the family on trips, ensuring care continuity and routine consistency, especially during the unique Christmas trip to Thailand.

• Organize activities and maintain a stable routine for the child across different locations.

• Assist with daily housekeeping associated with the child's care, keeping her space tidy and organized.

• Collaborate with a fully staffed household to ensure smooth operations and respect established boundaries.

• Ensure seamless transitions between team members, contributing to a cohesive caregiving environment.
