INTERNATIONAL + travel: ***Professionally-trained (Norland), native English MT***, Rota Nanny (twins - early years)   ASAP spring start £££££

We have a really exciting opportunity for professionally-trained (**Norland**), native English MT, Rota Nanny for international clients to join a slick childcare team looking after twins, early years in age.

And please note that Norland trained candidates (or equivalent) will be prioritised by the family as our clients are seeking a formally trained candidate to join their team of other Norland/trained nannies.

= The Rota Nanny will work 1 month on/off, 12 hour shifts. All flights, accommodation and incidentals will be covered by the client.

There are always two nannies on duty at the same time, so you will be working alongside another, long-standing, highly qualified Rota Nanny, supporting each other with the day-to-day care of the twins.  This is a supremely formal household with full staff, which includes two, top Norland Nannies (working the other side of the rotation) and 2 - 3 Retainer Nannies who give extra support when travelling.  On a day-to-day basis there is also a team of Nurses who oversee personal care and nights and everyone reports to the Chief of Staff to the Nursery.

This position is only suited to a highly organised, logistic-focused candidate who is very comfortable being part of a much larger team, who has exceptional communication and organisational skills. The new Nanny will be involved in implementing fun and engaging educational activities and play schedules.  And responsible for preparation and packing for international travel, ensuring all children’s belongings are organised.

 The clients are very family orientated, so a nanny with the ability to read the room is imperative, enabling the family to spend quality time together whilst always being on hand incase needed.
