| Description | Los Angeles, USA + travel: Live-in Nanny (G3 & B6 months) ~ Position: Live-in Nanny ~ Children: 2 children; 3 years & 6 months (at the time of starting in August) ~ Start date: August ~ Location: LA, USA ~ Salary: Competitive for the right candidate (plus 1 return flight to UK or Europe every 6 months) ~ USA passport/Green card are essential + driver is preferred. AUGUST start in sunny California!! LA-based clients, a busy family are looking for a friendly, gentle, and nurturing Live-in Nanny to care for their two children; little girl, (b. 2022) and a baby who was born this month. Both parents work and the role is a mix of shared share and sole charge with the parents very much involved in their children’s lives. It is essential the candidate holds either a USA passport or Green card and do note this is a summer (August) start. • The core working hours will be 08.00 - 19.00 with flexibility for working evenings and weekends if required (time off in lieu) with proxy parenting when the parents are travelling. The nanny will be expected to have a good understanding and experience of working with children of a similar age, maintaining a good routine, and adapting this, as necessary. They should be a strong communicator and someone who respects boundaries knowing when to help and when to step back. The family travel a great deal and so a nanny who enjoys travelling and has experience of travelling with families is essential. A driver is not essential but as this is LA, it would be helpful and if the nanny can drive, a car will be provided when working. The family has a dog. Accommodation for the nanny consists of own bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Competitive for the right candidate (plus one return flight to UK or Europe every 6 months).
