Part-Time Vacancies

PARSON'S GREEN: Combined entity, Daily Nanny. for 2 school-age children, G11 years & B9 years.  This role is to top & tail the day in term time (approx 30 hours/week) with full time in holidays (approx 50 hours/week). The hours required for the nanny are non-negotiable.

During Term Time the hours will be: Monday - Friday 07.15 - 09.15 and 15.15 - 19.15.  And in school holidays the nanny will be required for approx 50 hours/week (and this will probably be 14 - 18 full time weeks/year). 

This is a sole charge assisting professional parents. They are looking for a very confident and competent Nanny with some appropriate experience, but they are ultimately looking for a "big sister" style of nanny. Nanny must have English as her and ultimately a candidate who is academic and knowledgeable of the UK private education system - a nanny who is a graduate who can empathise with pressures of younger generations.

A Nanny who understands the UK education system and is very proactive. Both children are at different schools, and a confident London driver is essential for the school runs. Their daughter, G11 yrs, is a very thoughtful, personable, bright, enthusiastic young lady; she is not super-sporty, but loves being being outdoors, surfing and is really into fashion & design. Her brother, B9 years, is full-throttle!  he is a very engaging, bright & very competitive lad who is very into his cricket, rugby, football. The siblings get on well.

A driver is essential for the school runs (Land Rover or Porsche).  And due to local bridges being currently closed, our clients will assist the nanny by picking up one of the school runs.  So initially there will only be ONE drop off for the nanny to do and parents will do the other drop-off. The nanny will do both pickups though, and once the bridges are open again, the nanny will have full responsibility.

The Nanny will be required to perform full nanny duties including children's cooking & laundry.  There is a Housekeeper who comes daily for a few hours, and the is a very friendly Border terrier, so the nanny must be OK with dogs!  There is no travel, nor babysitting required.

The role is to replace their much-loved Nanny (well-known to us) who is having to leave due to her visa running out.  She has been with the family for just over a year and has been super-reliable.  Prior to this the family have only had one short term and 2 permanent nannies in 10 years - so they a good employers!
