BELGRAVIA:  High-profile, professional NSJ clients are seeking a 24/5 Live- in Norland Nanny to join their household team, to care for a girl aged 2 years.

This role is to provide seamless, 24/5 care on a weekly basis in conjunction with the Weekend Nanny, and would suit a highly competent, formally-trained candidate with a proven track-record of working well within a formal family.

As an organised & peaceful, fully staffed environment, it is important for the new Nanny to work harmoniously within a team setting. Clear communication and excellent organisational skills are paramount, as well as a passionate worth ethic and friendly yet discreet professional disposition. 

The role is very child focused; nanny will be organising age appropriate activities, researching new classes and events and discussing proposed ideas with parents.  

The right candidate will have a passion for childcare,  where they can continue to develop and grow with the family.  The parents take a keen interest in their child’s progress so Nanny should keep the Nanny Diary up to date with updates alongside open communication at all times. Someone who will encourage the little girl to learn through play, focusing on her educational, emotional, social and physical development following EYFS.

The little girl is happy and healthy, in an excellent routine. She is an active, sociable child, loving to explore the world around her. She is enrolled in many classes and regularly visits all the wonderful parks and attractions around London. 

The family encourage the nanny to proactively prepare themed activities outlined in a weekly plan, as well as continuing to nature and support their daughters's learning & development through a positive, explanatory "Montessori approach".  

Due to their work schedules, the family prefer short-bursts of luxury travel, usually within fully staffed accommodation or hotels and evenly distributed throughout the year (maximum, 1-2 weeks at a time). The Nanny will be prepared and able to travel with her employers (including ski, beach & city destinations) and a swimmer is essential as the family also have a pool at their London home. Someone who can ski is beneficial, although not an essential requirement. 

Delightful, luxury accommodation is supplied for the nanny when on duty and will comprise a private bedroom & bathroom, with access to a staff kitchen. The nanny will also be provided with a two bedroomed apartment within central London for use at weekends when not on duty.

And a top salary package will be offered to a professionally trained nanny (Norland trained with 2-3+ years’ post-qualifying experience .
