PARSON'S GREEN: Daily **Norland Nanny** for G18 months & new baby (due in Feb 2024)

We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Daily, Norland trained Nanny to provide full-time care for two lovely daughters, aged 18months & a newborn due in February 2024 (she will have a maternity nurse for 3 months).

This role is based in Parson's Green, SW6, and requires the nanny to work Monday to Friday from either 8am to 6pm or 9am to 7pm. The start date for this position is January 2024.

Our clients, a warm and friendly professional family, are looking for a Daily Nanny who is equally warm and friendly, professionally trained, ideally from Norland. The nanny should be confident, calm, and experienced in caring for children. While working closely with the mother to establish the children's daily routine, the nanny will have full autonomy in managing their schedules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for age-appropriate duties for both children. Our clients have specific requirements for this role, including a preference for candidates with Norland training. Previous experience with small babies and school-age children is essential, and a strong portfolio with contactable references is highly desirable. The ideal candidate should be calm, measured, relaxed, efficient, confident, and fun-loving. They should have a strong focus on the children's well-being and be knowledgeable about developmental stages, able to communicate with the parents about their progress and milestones. Additionally, the nanny should be healthy, fit, and active, comfortable with both sole charge and occasional shared care.

Sensibility, discretion, and security consciousness are important qualities, and flexibility to travel with the family potentially in the future and a valid driver's license is helpful but not necessary for this role.   Parson's Green & Imperial Wharf stations are pretty much equidistant.
