We have a really exciting opportunity for TWO x professionally-trained, Junior, Retainer Nannies for international clients to join a slick childcare team looking after twins 16 months. Norland trained candidates (or equivalent) will be prioritised by the family. Spring/summer start.
The Junior, Retainer Nannies role will be to enhance and support a pre-existing team to support with the day-to-day care of the twins. Best-suited to candidates able to work to a flexible schedule as and when needed and with previous professional travel experience, used to assisting family with international trips with minimum 48 hours notice. When on duty, the Retainer Nannies will be working daytimes only, 10-hour days and a maximum of 180 days/year.
The new Junior, Retainer Nannies (native English MT) will be reporting to Chief of Staff to the Nursery, working alongside two trained British Rota Nannies, personal nursing team in charge of daytime personal care, as well as supporting the children overnight. Household is fully staffed, however the responsibility of maintaining organised and tidy nursery fall to nursery team. Looking for a good team player.
Our clients are looking to recruit creative, proactive and highly organised Junior, Retainer Nannies to primarily support their family whilst abroad and cover any staff absences. This role will involve arranging and implementing a fun, engaging educational activities and play schedules, preparation/packing for international travel as well as general organisation of the children’s belongings.
This is a super opportunity for two dynamic, calm and considered Junior, Retainer Nannies who are eager to work within a friendly and established nanny team. These roles would suit candidates who are professionally trained, with previous formal household experienced preferred. Both Retainer nannies should be passionate about their profession with a genuine love for early years, can-do attitudes and easy-going, bright dispositions.
The family's primary residence is in India, but they frequently travel internationally and will require candidates able to confidently adapt to suit their family needs when abroad.
We are recruiting for a summer start (with some flexibility) but candidates must be available to trial in April. First interviews will be video calls with the family's Chief of Staff and successful, shortlisted candidates will be asked to trial from either mid-April to early May or from early to late May.
