INDIA & SINGAPORE + travel: Norland-trained, native English MT, Rota Nanny (B2.5 years & G6 months)

• Role: Rota Nanny (TBC, but up to 1 month on/off)
• Client requirements: formal training (eg: Norland) 
• Children: B2.5 years & G6 months
• Location: Divided between India & Singapore 
• Salary: excellent remuneration commensurate with experience and qualifications (+ flights to/from UK.

The Opportunity: A highly organised and respectful family seek a Norland Nanny to join a structured rota, working in close partnership with another experienced nanny and hands-on parents. This is a long-term role within a fully staffed household, suited to a professional who thrives in consistency, precision, and high standards of care

Role Focus: This role emphasises: structured routines and consistency; high standards of nursery care; calm, confident management of two young children; seamless collaboration within a staffed household.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Full nursery duties to an exceptional standard
  
• • Establishing and maintaining consistent routines (sleep, feeding, transitions)
  
• • Planning and delivering thoughtful, age-appropriate activities
  
• • Managing both children confidently as needs evolve
  
• • School/nursery drop-offs and activity coordination
  
• • Organising playdates and social exposure
  
• • Preparing nutritious meals for children
  
• • Wardrobe management and overall organisation
  
• • Administering medication and liaising with medical professionals when required
  
• • Travelling with the family and maintaining continuity of care
  

Candidate Profile:

• • Norland trained or equivalent (essential)
  
• • Minimum 6 years’ experience
  
• • Previous rota experience
  
• • Proven experience caring for multiple children
  
• • Highly organised, calm, and methodical
  
• • Confident in structured routine-building
  
• • Discreet and experienced in staffed/private households
  
• • Strong swimmer; enjoys outdoor activities
  
• • Flexible, team-oriented, and reliable

• Top salary paid.
• Accommodation while on duty will be in the family home and include a bedroom and ensuite bathroom. 
• There is frequent travel (India, Singapore, USA + Europe) so a Rota Nanny who enjoys travelling with has experience of travelling with families is essential. 
• A driver is not required.
• The family has one dog who is very friendly.
