DULWICH VILLAGE: Sole charge, trained Daily Nanny (G2.5 yrs & B8 months) - September onwards start 

• Role: Daily Nanny (Norland-trained preferred)

• Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30am–6:30pm + earlier finish on Fridays where possible

We have a truly lovely opportunity for a professional Daily Nanny to join a warm, kind and highly respectful family based in beautiful Dulwich Village. This will be the family’s first nanny appointment, so they are looking for someone experienced, confident and capable of helping establish excellent routines and long-term structure within the home.

The role is full sole charge of two children — a bright and sociable little girl who will be attending local pre-prep from September, and her younger baby brother. Their daughter has attended full-time nursery since she was one, so is extremely confident, independent and very school-ready.

Both parents are busy professionals and genuinely family-orientated. Mum is currently on maternity leave until January 2027, whilst dad travels regularly for business. The parents are hands-on and love spending time with their children, so they are looking for a nanny who can become a valued part of family life whilst still maintaining professionalism and discretion.

The family are particularly keen to find a Norland-trained nanny (or similarly trained professional nanny) and are very aware of the calibre, standards and expertise this brings. They have close friends who have had wonderful experiences with Norland nannies and would love to find someone seeking a long-term role with a lovely family.

The successful candidate will have full charge of all nursery duties, including:

• • managing routines and developmental milestones
  
• • planning engaging and educational activities
  
• • children’s meal preparation
  
• • organising bedrooms, clothing and play areas
  
• • nursery/pre-prep drop-offs and collections
  
• • supporting both children’s social and emotional development
  

The family occasionally travel internationally, including to South Korea, and whilst travel is not essential, they would be delighted if their nanny were open to accompanying them for short trips from time to time.

A confident driver would be a bonus, although not essential, and there is private parking available for candidates wishing to drive to work.

The family are exceptionally fair and appreciative employers. Whilst babysitting is not a regular requirement, there may occasionally be times when dad is travelling and an extra hour’s support at bedtime would be greatly appreciated — always paid as overtime.
