We are actively recruiting for returning NSJ clients requiring temporary, Live-in Nanny cover, for when their current weekday Nanny is on Maternity Leave. The family are actively interviewing and looking to secure a candidate by end of July, before they travel in August, to have the nanny start with them on the first week of September.

  • Contract Type: Temporary Fixed Term – Maternity Cover
  • Location: Holland Park + International Travel
  • Duration: Minimum of 6-months (September to April) – with exact booking length TBC. 
  • Start Date: Early September 2026
  • Children: G7 & B3 years.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm (vacating at weekends)

Our professional NSJ clients based in the heart of Holland Park are looking for an exceptional, experienced, Temporary, Live-in Nanny (vacating at weekends) to join them from early September. This role is a fixed-term temporary role providing maternity cover, whilst their long-standing Norland Nanny is on maternity leave. 

This is a smoothly running, formal household with a great track record of happy, long-term nannies. Ours clients value professionalism and consistency and are seeking a nanny with excellent professional experience with both pre-school and school age children.

The family are based in Holland Park, with easy access to both Holland Park and Notting Hill Gate tube stations. There will also be international travel to beautiful destinations, approximately 7-8 weeks per year, with some shared with the family’s NSJ weekend nanny (also Norland-trained).

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm – with live-in accommodation provided for when on duty (vacating at weekend). The role will be worked in tangent with the Weekend Nanny, with a clear and structured handover on Friday afternoon.

Best-suited to a calm and confident candidate with a firm but gentle approach – with good energy to keep up with two very active children. Our international clients are prioritising Native English MT applicants, with previous travel experience essential. The family also require a confident driver with a full/clean drivers’ licence – although this is mainly required for when they are abroad. 

The family have a cat within their home, so it is important for the nanny to be comfortable around pets.

Interviews are now taking place to have a candidate secured by end of July (latest), ahead of re-joining the family in the first week of September – once back from their August travel.
