A superb opportunity for a TOP, trained, English M/T or Spanish-speaking, Rota Nanny to support formal clients in Central London. The Rota Nanny will work as part of an extremely collaborative team, caring for two children; B5 years & baby, 3 months. The recruitment process is being run by the family's current, highly experienced, Norland Nanny who has been with the family for 5 years, and the appointment is to work alongside her.
A confident town and country driver is an essential requirement and the ideal candidate will have good training and be experienced with both school ages and small babies, to support all the developmental stages. Best suited to a candidate who is emotionally astute and able to read the room, with a professional and discrete approach (NDA will be provided). Key Responsibilities: * Providing attentive, nurturing care tailored to each child’s developmental stage. * Maintaining established routines and contributing to their ongoing development. * Planning and engaging in age-appropriate activities, both indoors and outdoors. * Organising outings such as playground visits, picnics and local activities. * Assisting with school readiness, social development and early learning. * Carrying out all nursery duties to a high standard, including: = Children’s laundry. = Preparing healthy meals. = Keeping child-related areas and belongings organised. = Assisting with packing and preparation for travel. = Travelling with the family as required, both in the UK and internationally. = Working harmoniously within a busy household and muck-in attitude to support the wider team. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Formally and highly trained nanny. * Experienced in rota roles: professional, discreet, highly organised. * Supportive team player: calm, proactive, adaptable, happy to pitch in. * Confident caring for multiple children and managing busy schedules. * Experienced with travel and comfortable in high-end environments (hotels, villas, restaurants). * Flexible and happy to travel internationally. * Genuinely enjoys spending time outdoors and creating engaging experiences outside the home. * Comfortable travelling solo with the children as well as with the family.
