| Description | Full-Time Rota Nanny – London & USA A high-profile family based in London, with frequent travel to the USA, is seeking a kind, professional, and experienced Rota Nanny to care for their 2-year-old daughter. The role includes: * 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota * Working alongside an experienced Norland Nanny * Regular international travel, primarily between London and the USA * Competitive salary, dependent on experience The ideal candidate will have extensive experience caring for toddlers, a warm and nurturing approach, and the confidence to be proactive in supporting the child’s development. Due to the family’s busy lifestyle, flexibility is essential. Rota is 2 weeks but it changes a lot. The Nannie’s can essentially create a rota based on parents locations, and what works. In London nannies were doing 1 week on/ off. Then when in America and touring, they were doing 3 weeks on/ off. The nannies set the rota and cover each other. The rota is set until November so basically done about three weeks ahead. Salary £100,000 ++ |
