A lovely, creative and busy family in Ravenscourt Park is looking for an experienced, capable and proactive Daily Nanny for their two boys, aged 4 years and 14 months.

• Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00

Both parents work full-time in the creative industries and are very hands-on when they are not working. During working hours, however, this is a full-charge role and they are looking for a nanny who is confident working independently and taking ownership of the children's day-to-day routines.

Their eldest son has recently started full-time school in Earl's Court, with his parents generally managing the school run. The nanny will therefore be primarily focused on his younger brother during the school day. At 14 months he is walking, active and currently transitioning to one long afternoon nap.

The family lives immediately opposite the park, providing fantastic access to outdoor space. The youngest currently attends Monkey Music once a week and his parents would love the nanny to research and introduce another suitable class or activity. As the older boy settles into school life, the nanny will also help keep on top of playdates, parties and activities.

There is excellent household support, so no general housekeeping is required. Duties are child-related, including preparing healthy meals and batch cooking, keeping children's areas organised and, once the youngest starts nursery in Sept 2027, children's laundry and keeping on top of clothing, shoes and other requirements.

The family is looking for someone educated, organised, discreet and professional, with good energy and a genuine interest in children's development. They would particularly value someone who thinks ahead, researches activities and doesn't need to be constantly directed.

• A driver is essential, as is being a confident swimmer. Both are important requirements for the family from a practical and safety perspective.
• Ravenscourt Park & Stamford Brook are the nearest tubes.
• There will be some travel during school holidays, including potentially Ireland, the Caribbean and other destinations. The parents also occasionally travel for work; the nanny would continue to have responsibility for the children, with additional family support available in the house when required.
