HAMPSHIRE + travel: Second  Rota Nanny (B6 mths) Sept start ££££ (driver essential)

Professional clients based in Hampshire, near Winchester are now seeking a second Rota Nanny to complete our rota team for their baby boy who will be 6 months when the position starts in September.  The Rota Nanny (candidates with 6 years+ experience, to take over from MN) will be required for a late September start and also be a confident driver which is essential due to the rural location outside Winchester.

Our lovely, professional, but very hands-on clients, are seeking a second professional, Rota Nanny with good baby experience to care for their first baby. The rota will be one week on/off taking over from our NSJ Maternity Nurse and this role would be well suited to a candidate who has about 4 - 6 years experience.

The new, Rota Nanny will also be trained and have extensive experience (minimum of 6+ years) working with babies and be happy in a mixed sole charge & shared care set-up. They will have responsibility for the baby who will be about 6 months old when position commences. This is very much a sole charge position when the parents are working, but they do like to be involved and hands-on when they can. 

The current Maternity Nurse has got the baby into a really super & loving routine. The new Nanny will be routine-orientated, able to commence a weaning programme and be proactive & organised. In time liaise with mother regarding age appropriate classes etc. As with all rota positions it is imperative that the new rota candidates work incredibly well as a team - with each other, with the family and other household staff. 

Whilst this is a formal household these are very private clients, but they are very grounded, approachable.and very personable. There will be frequent travel to Europe and further afield when Covid restrictions ease, so we do require candidates who are happy to travel. Nannies who have previous experience of working in Rota scenarios and in formal households is highly desirable.

Spacious Nanny accommodation will be supplied (when on duty). And it is essential that both nannies are confident swimmers and confident drivers (clean licenses) as the family home is situated in an idyllic, rural location just north east of Winchester. The M3 & A31 routes are within easy access. In time, the family might move to Surrey to be nearer to London, but for the time being they will remain in Winchester area.
