Full-Time Vacancies

ASAP start in KENSINGTON + travel: We are recruiting for TWO, Rota Nannies/PA/Mother's Help for a formal household, working a one week on/off rota (handover Sunday evening).  Our clients have 3 children; G7, G5 & B2 years, accommodation is supplied when the nanny is on duty.

Our formal clients are seeking a very capable, confident candidate who can comfortably manage the daily routines for their 3 children, G7, G5 & B2 years, who have busy active lives.  This is a sole charge role, but mother is around and there is some back-up in the form of the Live-in Nanny/Housekeeper.  So the new nannies, whilst working independently, must be willing to be part of a team and support all the staff.

The rota will start around suppertime on a Sunday evening and will be 1 week on/off. And the candidates will perform full Nanny/Mother's Help duties with some PA duties as the children grow and spend more time at school & nursery.

It is very important for our clients that the new candidates can confidently cope with 3, school/nursery age children.  The brief is to be a switched-on, bright, autonomous and be  always be one step ahead, be engaging with the children, have excellent communication with the family & with the school/nursery and be able to give educational support schools go back into lockdown and education is from home. 

It is very important that the candidates are immaculately presented & tidy and will represent the family well (they are in the public eye), impart good etiquette and appropriate social graces to the children, being always courteous & polite. And it is essential that the nannies are complete non-smokers and confident London drivers. 

Father works away from time to time and travels a lot and the family also travel every holiday (approx. 18 weeks per year) and the nannies will share the travel between them.  Destinations include Pakistan, UAE & EU and is it vital the new candidates are fully Covid vaccinated.  On occasion Mother travels with her husband, so there will be proxy care required by the nanny. 

When on duty, the nanny accommodation is a bedroom & bathroom. A nanny car is provided.

One of the children's previous nanny was a Spanish-speaker and our clients will consider Spanish/French/English candidates.  They currently have a temporary nanny and would love someone wo be able to start by the end of July when they will be travelling for the summer.
