Contract: Please note this is a **daily** rota position with flexibility to live-in when required - so accommodation is only supplied when the nanny is required to stay over, or when travelling

We are recruiting a dynamic and experienced **Daily**, Rota Nanny for a lovely professional family based in South East London, with 2 children: B8 & G3 years. This role is ideal for a confident, energetic, and highly organised nanny who thrives in a busy, fast-paced household. You will join a well-structured rota system alongside another nanny, ensuring seamless care and continuity for the children. Please note this is a **daily** rota position with flexibility to live-in as required, according to schedule of parents, so accommodation is only supplied when living in on rota or travelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Sole and shared charge care for 2 children (8 & 3 years).

School and kindergarten drop-offs/pick-ups (local).

Engaging the children in age-appropriate, stimulating activities.

Supporting developmental milestones and encouraging independence.

Arranging playdates, clubs, and extracurricular activities.

Managing all nursery and school-related admin tasks – strong tech literacy is a must.

Travel with the family during school holidays, including overseas and UK countryside stays.

Full flexibility to live-in during parental travel, work schedule as required.

Ideal Candidate:

Prior rota nanny experience with similar age groups.

Confident driver (nanny car provided).

Sporty, active, and able to match the high energy of an 8-year-old boy who loves football.

Warm, engaging, and fun – with a gentle and nurturing approach suited to a 3-year-old girl.

Discreet, professional, and able to maintain boundaries in a semi-formal household.

Confident travelling internationally with children.

Schedule:

When on duty, this is a daily live-out position with hours from 08:30 – 19:30, but complete flexibility to live-in during rota shifts or when parents are on business or their schedules demand is essential. Rotas are planned well in advance by the family’s private office.

Start Date: End of June – initial interviews and trials are already underway.
