SE OXFORDSHIRE + travel: Live-in OR Daily Nanny (children: 5 - 7 years) = ASAP start £££££ (confident driver essential ) Immediate start in SE Oxfordshire for a top, Rota Nanny for 3 children (5-7 years) + travel opportunities -(long standing agency clients!) Are you an experienced, confident, Rota Nanny seeking a rewarding live-in, rota role. We have a fantastic opportunity for a top-tier nanny to join a high-profile family on their beautiful private estate. The position operates on a two-week on, two-week off rota, with a lovely cottage provided during your on-duty weeks. This is a full-time, 24/7 role during your rota periods.
About the Role:
- Caring for three children: Girl (7), Girl (6), and Boy (5).
- Rota schedule: 2 weeks on duty, 2 weeks off (previous Rota experience is essential).
- Live-in during your rota weeks, with a charming cottage provided on the estate.
- Role involves working around the clock during your rota periods, including evenings, weekends, and overnight support as needed.
- Must be a confident driver as there is LOTS of driving involved (town & country).
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting children’s daily routines, meals and bedtimes.
- Engaging children in outdoor activities, sports, arts and crafts and educational play.
- Assisting with homework and supporting learning in a fun, interactive way.
- Organising and supervising playdates, outings, and day trips.
- Providing a nurturing, structured environment that promotes independence and confidence.
- Supporting children’s education and development, with a strong emphasis on educational activities.
- Assisting with travel arrangements and packing for family trips.
- Ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing at all times.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a professional, confident Nanny with excellent references.
- Educational training or background highly preferred.
- Skilled in supporting children’s education and development.
- Enjoys outdoor activities and engaging with children.
- Must be a confident driver (automatic cars provided).
- Comfortable with international travel during school holidays (e.g. Australia, St Moritz, Scotland).
- Friendly with dogs (the household has 3, ranging from small to large breeds) and horses.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (eg. German, French, Spanish, Italian) would be a bonus but not essential.
Additional: - Live-in during your rota weeks, with a lovely cottage provided on the estate.
- The role involves international travel.
- The household is fully staffed, working as part of a professional team, so experience in a similar environment is highly preferred.
