Role Overview: We are seeking an outstanding Live-in Rota Nanny to work with two well-mannered children in a welcoming and fully staffed private household in the heart of the Cotswolds. This role would suit someone who is passionate about childcare, truly values outdoor learning, and enjoys spending time outside with animals, including horses and chickens. The family places a strong importance on nurturing the children through both outdoor exploration, such as nature-led activities and gardening, as well as structured developmental activities.
Both parents work full-time; however, they are very child-centric when at home. The children are often encouraged to visit their parents at work, and the family places strong importance on manners, responsibility, and independence. From a young age, the children are encouraged to take ownership of day-to-day tasks such as making their beds, putting clothes into the laundry, stacking the dishwasher, washing plates, and laying the table. This routine is well established and is considered an important part of the children’s daily learning and development.
This is a truly exceptional opportunity for a highly trained, professional, kind, and trustworthy Nanny with outstanding experience wishing to join a warm and welcoming household with a family that values high standards, trust, and mutual respect. Key Responsibilities: - Provide exemplary childcare through a mix of shared care and sole charge.
