NOTTING HILL + travel: TWO x top, Rota Nannies G4 years & B18 months + B2 months (MN booked until May)  ASAP start 

A warm and welcoming family in Notting Hill is seeking TWO, Rota Nannies to join their busy household and care for their three young children; 4 & 1.5 years & baby 2 months (Maternity Nurse employed until May). 

This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for professional applicants who are playful, intuitive and enjoy being part of a collaborative, supportive team.  Each Rota Nanny on shift will work alongside a Daily Nanny who works Monday to Thursday, and a Maternity Nurse is in place for the first 6 months with the baby, so there is plenty of back up in this busy household. The family values kindness, gentle communication and fair but firm boundaries and they are looking for nannies who genuinely loves spending time with young children and bring positivity into the home.

Job Description:

• Rota: Likely 2 weeks on/off (with some flexibility; occasional 1-week rotation)
• Accommodation: Live-in during working weeks (local candidates may live out in London during weekday shifts)

Locations:

• Notting Hill, London
• Regular weekends: Oxfordshire countryside home
• Travel: Dubai (2 weeks) + Australia (1 month) 

Responsibilities:

• Provide nurturing, engaging care for three children 
• Confidently manage sole charge and shared care alongside the mother and other staff.
• Plan and deliver fun, stimulating, development-focused activities.
• Maintain a calm, joyful environment with clear and kind boundaries.
• Support family routines and “read the room” during family time.
• Help with light cooking for children, meal support, and keeping children’s areas tidy.
• Assist with packing, organisation, and routines for weekends and international travel.
• Uphold discretion and professionalism at all times.

Ideal Candidate:

• Warm, playful, and grounded with a respectful childcare approach.
• Excellent team player with a positive, proactive “muck in” attitude.
• Energetic and comfortable keeping up with busy toddlers. Attend classes with toddler
• Strong English skills; able to support early learning and homework.
• Knowledgeable about toddler nutrition and early years development.
• Highly discreet, reliable, and committed to long-term employment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in similar rota nanny roles.
• Solid employment history.
• London private household experience (Notting Hill a bonus).
• Enhanced DBS, Paediatric First Aid + and excellent, check-able references.
• A driver would be great, but not essential.
