These are exciting opportunities for confident, caring nannies who genuinely love working with children and want to build long-term, meaningful relationships within private households. Each family is slightly different — caring for children from babies through to teenagers — but all are looking for nannies who bring warmth, professionalism, structure, and flexibility to their role. The Role You’ll play an important part in supporting children’s emotional, social, and personal development, while helping to maintain routines, boundaries, and a calm, positive environment — both at home and while travelling. Key responsibilities include: Providing attentive care, supervision, and age-appropriate guidance Encouraging confidence, independence, and everyday life skills Planning and leading fun, engaging activities such as sports, outdoor play, fitness, and cultural outings Supporting children through different developmental stages Travelling internationally with the family, keeping routines consistent and children happy and settled The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for nannies who are confident, organised, and experienced, with a genuine passion for childcare. Essential criteria: UK, EU, or US passport (for US) and confidence travelling internationally UK driving licence and confidence driving in London Childcare training (e.g. BTEC, degree-educated, or equivalent; PGCE or QTS welcome) Minimum 5+ years’ professional experience in private childcare, education, coaching, or youth work Experience working with children aged 6 months – 16 years Enhanced DBS and excellent references Personal qualities: Calm, emotionally intelligent, and naturally confident with children Active, sporty, and happy spending time outdoors Well-presented, discreet, and adaptable within private households Comfortable working collaboratively with parents and household staff Pet-friendly (many of our families have dogs) What’s on Offer Long-term, stable positions with private families Competitive salaries, dependent on experience Fantastic opportunities for international travel
