• Salary: £70k+ depending on experience
  

This busy family are looking for a loving, professional, and engaging permanent, Rota Nanny with a mature approach, to work on a rota basis (24 hours per day 7 days on/off) caring for three girls aged 4.5 & 3 years + 9 months. The eldest daughter will be starting school in September, the middle daughter goes to a local nursery for three mornings per week and all three children attend classes and activities locally. The family have membership to local activity centres and outdoor spaces for the children to enjoy. The family would also like a nanny who enjoys being outdoors.

The Rota Nanny who joins this family needs to have experience with children of similar ages. They will need to have excellent organisational, communication and teamwork skills. A Nanny who has experience of working in a rota position previously would be advantageous.

The role is a mixture of sole charge and shared care. All nursery duties are required including cooking and helping with nursery drop off or pick up. The family employ a full-time housekeeper who launders and irons the children's clothes.

• The family currently employ a Norland trained nanny and are therefore looking for someone who is also Norland trained or of equivalent calibre.
  
• Accommodation when on duty comprises own bedroom and private bathroom.
  
• The Rota Nanny needs to be happy to travel with the family when required.
  
• There are no pets, but they would like a nanny who is comfortable around animals (eg horses and dogs).
  
• A confident town & country driver is essential.
