A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced, warm and professional Rota Nanny to join a high-profile international family caring for their delightful 2-year-old daughter.

This is a long-term position within a fully staffed household, working alongside an experienced Norland Nanny to provide seamless, consistent care in a collaborative and supportive environment.  The nanny will cook for the little one as well.  The nanny works alongside the Housekeeper who does all the laundry etc.  The family values professionalism, discretion and kindness and is looking for someone who will become an integral part of their child's life as she continues to grow and develop.

The role offers an unusual degree of flexibility. Although based around a two-week rota, the working pattern is adapted to suit the family's international schedule. The two nannies work closely together to create the rota, ensuring excellent continuity of care whilst allowing flexibility around travel and family commitments. The schedule is generally planned several weeks in advance, offering structure whilst accommodating the family's lifestyle.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience caring for toddlers within private households and will genuinely enjoy supporting every aspect of a young child's development. They will be naturally nurturing, engaging and proactive, planning stimulating age-appropriate activities, encouraging learning through play and creating a calm, happy and secure environment.

This role would suit a confident career nanny who is highly organised, adaptable and happy travelling internationally on a regular basis. The family leads a busy lifestyle, so flexibility, excellent communication and the ability to work collaboratively with parents and household staff are essential.
