A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an outstanding, professional, Rota Nanny to join a warm, fully staffed private household in London, caring primarily for a delightful little girl aged almost two years, with the role naturally evolving to include her baby sister following her arrival later this year.

This is a prestigious long-term position for an experienced Rota Nanny who enjoys working alongside involved parents and within a collaborative household team. The family are seeking someone who is calm, nurturing, highly organised and naturally discreet, with a genuine passion for early years development and creating a happy, structured environment.

The role offers:

• • 7 days on/off rota (Monday-Sunday)
• • Standard working hours of 7.30am-7.30pm during working weeks (not a 24-hour role)
• • Two evenings' babysitting per working week (paid separately)
• • International travel throughout the year
• • Primary care of one toddler, expanding to both children over time
• • Working alongside experienced household staff and supportive, hands-on parents

Excellent package includes:

• • £400 per working day in London.
• • £50 per hour for evening babysitting/overtime.
• • £600 per day whilst travelling internationally.
• • £2,500 completion bonus after successful probation.
• • Annual discretionary bonus.
• • Family-funded professional development and training.
• • Accommodation provided during working weeks where required.
• • All approved work-related expenses paid.

The ideal candidate will have excellent private household experience, previous rota experience (preferred), outstanding references, paediatric first aid, and be confident travelling internationally. Norland, Montessori or similar professional training would be highly regarded, although exceptional experience is equally valued.

Above all, the family are looking for a polished, proactive nanny who is emotionally intelligent, organised, dependable and able to provide seamless continuity of care through excellent communication and handovers.
