We are delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for a highly experienced, professional Rota Nanny to join a dynamic, international family based between Central Europe and the UK, with additional travel. This is a high-profile household seeking confident, capable, and discreet nanny who will bring excellence, energy, and warmth to their work. Job Description: - Rota Schedule (typically 2 weeks on/off, TBD with the family).
- Sole charge of two young children – aged 5 & 2 years – both attending Kindergarten (one full-time, one part-time).
- Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for the children.
- Plan age-appropriate, engaging, and developmentally enriching activities (in line with EYFS or similar).
- Support daily routines, travel with the family, and ensure continuity of care across locations.
Key Responsibilities: - Child-focused care with strong knowledge of Early Years development.
- Plan and prepare healthy, balanced meals with a focus on nutrition.
- Manage nursery duties, children’s laundry, and personal organisation.
- Support developmental milestones and learning through play.
- Maintain a calm, structured, and positive daily routine.
- Travel readiness and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and environments.
The Environment: - Fully staffed, formal homes across various locations.
- Private, high-quality accommodation provided in each residence (including a newly refurbished apartment).
- Nannies will be part of a professional, respectful household team – teamwork and clear communication are essential.
- Experience in formal households is highly preferred.
Experience: - Minimum 10+ years’ experience in a similar role (preferably within HNW families or formal settings).
- EU passport holder – essential for travel and residency purposes.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Confident in sole charge, highly organised, energetic, and calm under pressure.
- Warm, engaging, and professional demeanour.
- Creative and proactive with strong early childhood knowledge.
- Able to provide glowing, checkable references and a polished nanny portfolio.
- Interviews are now underway for a September start.
